PJC Claim–Evidence Register
Purpose: disclose every public PJC claim, its evidence class, and its falsification condition.
Rule: every external effect statement should map to an entry here.
1. Evidence states

3. Claim detail
PJC-C01: pre-outcome baseline
Basis: Committed records prohibit overwrite and retain submission time.
Boundary: this proves that text was preserved, not that it was honest, complete, or independently formed.
Failure condition: an implementation allowing silent overwrite or unable to show commitment preceded outcome availability does not support the claim.
PJC-C02: less standard switching
Basis: outcome source, observation window, and falsification rule are fixed at commitment.
Boundary: participants can still choose favourable criteria or oversimplify outcomes.
Failure condition: if many records need new sources or thresholds at settlement, the constraint is not operational.
PJC-C03: visible selection
Basis: every Committed record remains, including Contradicted, Inconclusive, and Invalidated.
Boundary: unsubmitted judgments remain invisible, and teams choose which judgments enter the system.
PJC-C04 through C08: effect claims
These claims need pre-registered measures, enough comparable records, a baseline or control, publication of failures and negative outcomes, and measurement of cost and behavioural response.
Until then, they cannot appear as established facts in homepage or campaign copy.
4. Change rule
Every status change records date, new evidence, evaluation method, decision owner, and rationale. Rejected claims remain visible rather than disappearing from history.
